When you buy travel insurance online you can use a credit card through our secure payment gateway. This page gives useful information in case of an international medical emergency, claims and general assistance in selecting the correct policy.

International Medical Emergency

In the event of international medical emergency such as any illness, injury, accident or hospitalisation which requires Inpatient or Outpatient treatment anywhere in the world, you must contact:

Emergency Assistance Service is operated by International Medical Rescue, in the event of any illness, injury, accident or hospitalization which requires Inpatient and Outpatient treatment anywhere in the world.

Understand your policy wording

See the schedule of benefits summary by clicking on the “View Benefits” tab at the top of the page for each product offering. This will give you a PDF document with a list of the travel insurance benefits for this policy. Each section is explained providing what is covered and what is not covered and the conditions applicable.

It is also important to read through the policy wording presented on this page by clicking on the policy terms button on each of the policy pages. This document is generic for every policy. You should familiarize yourself with the terms, conditions and exclusions.

Policy documentation

When you purchase your travel insurance policy, you will receive the policy terms and conditions and a policy certificate (outlining the benefit and limit of liability), however, if you do not receive the policy documentation, please contact our assistance service.

Complaints

Should You have a complaint about any matter, please submit Your complaint to the Underwriting manager in writing to the complaints department. Should the matter not be resolved to Your satisfaction, You may then refer Your complaint to the Insurer.
